EARTHOUSE is nestled in an Ozark hillside overlooking the James River Valley in the outskirts of Springfield, Missouri. The property boasts a spring-fed creek lined with cattails creating a marsh that supports a beautiful natural ecosystem, including a wonderful bioluminescent display of fireflies throughout the summer. The native Missouri grass lawn rolls across the top of the house contrasting the verticality of the mature walnut trees which add privacy from the country road. Water for the house is dense with nourishing minerals sourced from a local well shared with only 13 neighbors.
